'Dereliction' is yet another genre that I have had little success with. These three make a great set and give a real sense of the grandiose having declined.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Elines)Wed, 20 Jan 2016 16:44:12 +0000 Re: Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044047,from=rss#post2044047https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044047,from=rss#post2044047Excellent Steve, great atmosphere, finely gradated tones, spot on.nondisclosed_email@example.com (eternumviti)Wed, 20 Jan 2016 12:53:06 +0000 Re: Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044031,from=rss#post2044031https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044031,from=rss#post2044031best yet-love these especially the first mmmm mouthwateringnondisclosed_email@example.com (Digital Finger)Wed, 20 Jan 2016 12:13:29 +0000 Re: Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044023,from=rss#post2044023https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2044023,from=rss#post2044023Lovely set Steve. Growing up in Salford in the sixties there was a slum clearance project by the government and local council. I remember wandering around similar buildings and mills, and yes the pigeon crap was everywhere. These places were our playgrounds for many years. It would be great to revisit them now, sadly not possible. Tim, I do like to get into these sort of places but, being on my own I was a bit weary of local junkies having taken up residence. Always worth pairing up if you can. The biggest problem I found with this place though was the amount of pigeon crap that literally covered one room like a carpet. Gross! Tommy, this may have been with my old Nikon D5000. I'll have a look in LR when I get a minute. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Steve 734)Tue, 19 Jan 2016 20:03:07 +0000 Re: Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043968,from=rss#post2043968https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043968,from=rss#post2043968Love this series Steve. Like Tim, I find beauty in buildings which have gone past their best. You have captured the heart of this once great building. You have done exceptional well with both shadows and highlights...was it one of your small sensor cameras?nondisclosed_email@example.com (tomdpk)Tue, 19 Jan 2016 19:34:17 +0000 Re: Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043965,from=rss#post2043965https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043965,from=rss#post2043965Great set, images like this give a real atmospheric feel to the place, also a good record, particularly if the place is to be bulldozed, I like getting into places like this myself if I can, just need to be carefull of old syringes etc, Timnondisclosed_email@example.com (barnabyT)Tue, 19 Jan 2016 18:54:39 +0000 Inside the Co-Op x 3https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043959,from=rss#post2043959https://bthedigitalmonochromeforum.runboard.com/p2043959,from=rss#post2043959Following on from my previous post I found a few others I had taken from my wanderings inside this old building. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Steve 734)Tue, 19 Jan 2016 17:59:26 +0000
