Ordinarily these desolate field images , as nice and well exposed as they are , are just field and tree images, but the poignant history behind these places lifts these images to a different level, knowing what once happened at some of these now peaceful looking settings is quite harrowing, but at the same time its important to continue to remember the brave men who fell, and who may still lie beneath these fields.
