Message in Photoshop
When I started Photoshop today a window appeared with the following message:-
Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware.
I wondered if anyone else had seen this message and what, if anything, I need to do. Help would be very much appreciated.

Re: Message in Photoshop
I tend to regard such messages as part of the occupational hazard of using a computer.
Has restarting sorted it?

Re: Message in Photoshop
Hi Norman. Butting in here but I have a NVIDIA "Control Panel" which lets you check for updates, or more often it tells me there is an update.
If not go to the Nvidia website.

Re: Message in Photoshop
Norman-in the preferences for photoshop have to got the 'use GPU' box checked
It causes BIG problems with photoshop so is best left unchecked
It may be that they have now introduced an error message so people don't have to spend ages troubleshooting trying to work out why Ps is behaving oddly
Theses a HUGE thread about it on the forums for Ps
