Looks very similar to Ian's Quick Edit Module.

Ian, a lot of what he's offering is fluff stuff I would never use. Having said that, I'd like to see your panel include a 'digital blending" tool.

Ian, another very important modification needed is to make the High Pass Sharpening flexible and not fixed with the parameters you have decided upon. From my experience, settings vary with the image and the amount of sharpening wanted.
