Using a Wacom Tablet


I noticed when watching the video on dodging and burning in Photoshop, by Martin, that the 'strength' of the brush was set and it looked as though the effect of pressure through the pen was not selected. What is the thinking behind this, please?

I was not using a Wacom Norman, never have, i have just got accustomed to altering the brush opacity as I paint, however I know people who who use them Ian included and swear by them, on day I might have try one emoticon .
