Steve, it does not matter how, when, or where you took this photograph other than, for me, is one of the best images I have seen in quite some time and all for the right and wrong reasons. You did well and right in sharing this image. Thank you.

I agree with Tom here.
 It can sometimes feel awkward photographing someone disabled or down and out, but how do you show the plight of these people if you dont?.

Certainly well a well caught moment.

From a tech point of view, there is some fringing on some of the uprights, though I suspect it may be the compression.
