Re: Stratford on the Avon
uite like this one but looks slightly slike it needs a little CCW rotation - but I also think that is probably an optical whassissname

Re: Stratford on the Avon
Thanks, Martin, I've already been looking into this. The price to convert my 5D Mk 1 is $425 U.S.D or 277 GPB. Those are the prices LifePixel has quoted on their website. My 1DMk III would be a bit less. That's a lot of money much more than the cost of filter. Plus, there are issues when shooting RAW and using LR and PS.

Re: Stratford on the Avon
Not sure what you mean by issues ! but I bought a Olympus EPL 1 which I can use my other Oly lens on, it was converted in a different way to what LifePixal do, my camera has had the IF blocking filter removed, but instead of placing the IR filter in front of the sencer its a screw type same as yours that fits over the lens so if I wanted to use a different IR filtration say the 850nm I just screw that in front of the lens, I get no light reduction and full shutter speed, if I want long exposure I can fit a ND filter, might be a path you could think about such as a Canon compact
