sRGB - Adobe RGB - ProPhotoRGB


sRGB - Adobe RGB - ProPhotoRGB are the three main colour spaces we lean towards when editing digital files in Photoshop.

In order of size from the smallest to the largest they go from

sRGB
Adobe RGB
ProPhotoRGB

Apart from the size of they also are encoded with a slightly different gamma value which even when working with grey scale images can have a change in value.

These three step wedges indicate just how the values can change from colour space to colour space. The values on the right indicate both LAB values and also typical RGB values for the given colour space.
