Never heard of Husker du (I've led a sheltered life ) so I looked it up on Wikipedia and see it was a band which seems to have broken up in part because drugs and booze.
So the title and image make more sense to me now. As does the inclusion of the toy bear coming apart.

Thanks and Chris the fact the guy shifted into almost the exact same position as the bear just at the exact moment I was passing the open bar window and the fact I was ready to take the photo that moment was os lucky for me.
